Beacon Woods is a beautiful, deed restricted community in Western Pasco County Florida. It includes 2,156 individual homes and 588 condos and villas. Some 6,000 people call Beacon Woods home. Home ownership is pleasantly diverse and includes retirees and middle age and young families. Refreshing breezes from the Gulf of Mexico, which is just three miles away, delight residents and visitors alike.
A semi-private golf course, offering both memberships and public play, gently winds through Beacon Woods further enhancing the natural beauty and charm of our community which is officially designated a bird sanctuary. sidewalks encourage walkers to enjoy the out-of-doors, while a limited number of access roads discourage excessive traffic.
The well-maintained, spacious Beacon Woods Civic Center is the heart of social and community activities and meetings. Here our owners and residents can enjoy a wide variety of amenities. There is an auditorium where dances, shows, speakers, cultural events, and monthly board meetings are held. The auditorium, which has a kitchen, can be rented by owners and residents for private parties and celebrations.
Other rooms are available for bridge and other card games, classes and meetings of clubs and other special interest groups. There is also a billiard table room and a well-equipped exercise room with dressing rooms and showers available.
Outside there is a large, heated swimming pool with ample tiled areas for sunbathing and casual conversations, tennis, pickle ball, bocce, and basketball courts, shuffleboard and horseshoe, playground for younger children and shaded picnic grounds. Ample parking provides easy access to the Civic Center even when sell-out crowds attend an event. All this for the low yearly fee of $340 in 2025.
